Abstract

This study examines the evaluation and improvement of operational processes within organizational systems, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, coordination, and service quality. It aims to identify gaps in existing workflows and propose practical solutions to improve overall performance.

A mixed-method approach was used, combining process analysis with data collection tools such as observations and performance tracking. The findings highlight key inefficiencies related to process standardization, communication, and monitoring.

Based on these results, the study provides practical recommendations to optimize operations, improve resource utilization, and support effective decision-making. Overall, it demonstrates the importance of continuous improvement in strengthening organizational performance, particularly in resource-constrained environments.
