About the Journal

Ottoman history remains present in the memory of many peoples, influencing the formation of their identities and affiliations. The "Journal of Ottoman Studies and Turkic World Research" aims to connect the past with the present by highlighting the rich cultural heritage of the Ottoman state and how this heritage can contribute to understanding the challenges of the present and future. It also aims to study the affairs of Muslims in Central Asia and the Balkans, and to advance research in this important field both in the East and globally.

In this way, the journal serves as a conduit for interest in matters of Ottoman history and civilization, and seeks to be a reference for researchers and those interested in Turkic world affairs, offering in-depth analyses and new perspectives on this history.
